STILL WILD
Still Wild is a micro distillery set in the Pembrokeshire National Park, specialising in distilling locally foraged botanicals.
Still Wild are utterly obsessed with flavour, and want to share the tastes of our wild surroundings. In 2020 they launched their first product, the first ever Vermouth produced in Wales.
They hand forage the botanicals that go into every bottle to give a completely unique product that’s still very much a Vermouth but also a product of its surroundings. They produce in-house, and by using cold vacuum distillation capture far more flavour than traditional distillation.
Their Vermouth was voted second globally at the World Vermouth Awards and they have expanded their collection with Coastal Gin and Oystershell Vodka.
