Abeffraw biscuits are a traditional Welsh shortbread pressed with the shape of a scallop shell and are said to be the oldest biscuit in Britain. Their all-butter shortbread is handmade and the Traditional biscuit is complimented by a range of flavours.
Founded in 2013 by husband and wife James and Natasha Shepherd, Shepherd's Biscuits now employs five people at their bakery in Llanrwst. The company renamed to Shepherd’s Biscuits in 2017.
