The Coconut Kitchen Thai Restaurant in Abersoch has been open for 9 years and won "Wales's Best Oriental Restaurant" at the Food Awards Wales in 2015 and 2016.
The success of the restaurant prompted the owners to start selling their sauces in retail bottles so that customers can create their own dishes.
