Bluestone Brewing Co is an eco-friendly brewery based on a working farm in Pembrokeshire.
Bluestone Brewing Co is all about positive impact, maximum taste. They create a wide variety of beers that everyone and anyone can enjoy.
The brewery is based in the front yard of Tyriet Farm, Pembrokeshire and is environmentally friendly. What used to be the stables and dairy is now where Bluestone brew their craft beer. Simon, Kerry & Amy set the Brewery up in 2013 and they have been slowly growing the team ever since.
All of the bi-products from brewing are re-used on the farm or fed back to the farm animals. The water used to make the beer comes from our their well and they even generate their own solar power. In 2018, Bluestone were the first Brewery in the world to be given the Green Key Accreditation, which is an international award that recognises environmentally sustainable businesses. They aim to be a B Corp Certified company by 2023.
The name Bluestone Brewing Company comes from the local stone that the buildings were built from many years ago. Bluestone is somewhat famous for being mysteriously transported over 250 miles to become Stonehenge, over 5000 years ago.
