All Lilo's Handmade pasta is made using bronze pasta dies, which provide the best finish to freshly made pasta. Their fresh pasta is served in their deli in Bridgend and their dried pasta is made using premium Italian pasta flour. They dry the pasta at low temperatures and over a long enough time to capture as much flavour from their fresh ingredients as possible.
Lilo's make their pasta using only water and wheat flour, meaning that it is suitable for both vegetarian and vegans. They also use superfoods, vegetables & natural ingredients to create all of their different flavours. All of theflavoured pastas are also vegan & vegetarian... even their chocolate pasta!
