Clam's are a small family business who are passionate about hand crafting quality, delicious cakes that their customers love.
They make their cakes by hand using free range eggs, butter, couverture chocolate and British sugar in their award-winning artisan bakery with a highly skilled team of bakers that take pride in each fabulous cake.
Clam's Cakes have successfully supplied the food service for the last 20 years, and are known in the industry as the best kept secret on the cake counter.
Clam’s coffee house was established in 1981, in the market town of Abergavenny, South Wales and very quickly became popular for their home-made cakes, winning their first Great Taste Award in 1987 and haves sinces win anothe 17 as well as a True Taste Award for Best Baker and Confectioner. They are now based in Ebbw Vale. In 2010 they won the Powys Business Award for Excellence in Food Manufacturing.
