EWENIQUE SHEEPS' WHEY VODKA
It all started when Bryn Perry and his partner were making cheese. While draining the whey, a bi-product of cheese production, it struck them that it must be possible to re-purpose this golden liquid.
After some research and conversations they decided to explore options of creating a 'ewenique' alcohol. Once they had decided that they wanted to work towards creating an alcoholic drink from their whey they contacted their local distillery. They worked closely with their distillery partner to try various technique and formulations to create the perfect drink. After many different attempts they found the perfect clean and fresh vodka.
Ewe Whey Vodka is born! The only Welsh Vodka produced using Whey. Working together as a group of small family farms, Ewenique have developed a distinct and locally made product, produced from the lush green fields of Wales, sustainable and ethical Welsh agriculture in a bottle. It also happens to taste nice!!
A sweet start on the palate with a refreshing, zesty finish.
