CABERNET SAUVIGNON
The world's most planted grape, Cabernet Sauvignon is a seventeenth century French cross of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc.
The grape has a thick skin and is easy to cultivate. The low yielding vines bud late, avoiding frosts and it has good resistant to rot and insects.

Notes of: blackcurrant, black cherry, cedar, spices, green bell pepper
Full-bodied wines with high tannins, medium acidity (which helps its aging) and low sweetness.
Great with meats.
