Vermentino di Bolgheri, Tenuta Guado al Tasso shows an excellent combination of crispness and breadth, typical of the Vermentino grape variety, with alluring citrus fruit flavours and a lingering mineral finish.

Each parcel of Vermentino was harvested separately, based on the degree of maturity of the grapes, so as to preserve and enhance the complex territorial characteristics of each individual vineyard block. Each lot was also individually fermented, carefully and systematically evaluated, and then blended.
