This Cabernet is produced from grapes grown in Golden Vineyards, two small premium hillside vineyards in Mendocino. These vineyards are biodynamically farmed which is a system of farming designed to nurture the farmland and uses no artificial ingredients. Planting, pruning, fertilisation and the harvest are determined by the phases of the moon and there are no synthetic materials used in the production of the grapes. The wine is aged in French and American Oak.
