Orange wine is a white wine that has had extended contact with grape skins or seeds during wine-making. During fermentation, the wine is exposed to lots of oxygen which changes the wine's flavours, making it taste more like a dry red. Each orange or skin contact wine has its own flavour profile. These wines are great with curries and Asian cuisine.
