It's not been easy making wines in Lebanon, the Bekka Valley only being 10 miles from the Syrian border but this is the place to get truly brilliant wines, particularly the red grape Cinsault. Everyone knows Chateau Musar but there are many other notable winemakers in the region, Domaine des Tourelles springs to mind
