The Bisol Prosecco Valdobbiadene Brut Crede is a beautifully crafted Italian wine hailing from the prestigious slopes of Valdobbiadene. It exudes an elegant bouquet of white flowers, ripe apple and pear. This highly-prized Brut style Prosecco, embodied in a golden hue, presents a perfect harmony of crisp acidity and excess fruit. Upon tasting, you meet a refined perlage that imparts a creamy mouthfeel, followed by a subtly dry, yet refreshing finish. Its delicate nuances and refined balance make it an excellent choice as an aperitif or companion to light, fresh dishes. A true testament to Bisol's wine-making mastery.
This has a really nice, bright, summery style on the nose, and a deeper quality of fruit, minerally with a crystalline white character. A lovely weight on the palate, broader, very fresh and yet with some good depth and minerals as on the nose. A really good style.
COLOUR Pearly. The perlage is fine and persistent.
BOUQUET Herbal and floral notes, with persistent savory-mineral hints.
FLAVOUR A combination of fragrance, body, freshness.
