White Castle are thrilled to release their inaugural Cabernet Franc. This limited release marks a significant milestone for British winemaking, potentially heralding the UK’s first-ever Cabernet Franc red wine crafted in the revered Loire style, sourced from the esteemed vintage of 2022.
The grapes were hand harvested in October 2022 and the juice fermented in stainless Steel vats, a further ageing in Oak barrels has enhanced the subtle flavour.
