This 10 hectare Domaine, owned by Benôit and Frédéric Lavau, is spread across 15 plots with widely different terroirs which give an edge and complexity to this ripe, full-bodied red. A classic blend of 50% Grenache grown on both pebbles and lighter sandy soils, 30% Syrah, 10% Carignan and 5% each of Mourvèdre and Cinsault aged in new French barrels for 12 months, richly fruited and powerful but with real finesse and balance - a great example of this distinctive Rhône Cru.
