From Illmitz in Burgenland in Austria, 100% Goldmuskateller. 6.7 g/l acidity, 146 g/l residual sugar, frozen grapes harvested on the 7th of Jan 2020 while the temp was -7C in the early hours of the night, frozen grapes were quickly pressed and naturally fermented.
