A fresh, vibrant Austrian orange wine at the fun end of the skin-contact spectrum! Made from grüner veltliner, pinot blanc and chardonnay and fermented in barriques and amphorae, it’s bursting with tropical fruit, blossom and orange-peel aromas, a hint of honey, lots of grip but plenty of freshness. Unfiltered and hazy.
Playful, inviting, lively. Seems agile and vibrant from the first second. Fine herbal notes combine with fresh peach and apple notes, white flowers and a chalky undertone. Is always dynamic and builds up decent tension towards the palate. The acidity is present but never aggressive, the tannin subtle and precisely proportioned to guide the wine without really stepping into the spotlight. The BLONDE BY NATURE finishes aromatic, vital and light on its feet. A wine for all days, but with real quality.
