Merywen gin is a classic juniper-led gin, with sweet and earthy notes from the Welsh ingredients foraged locally. The first North Wales gin and one of the smallest and most bespoke distilleries in Wales. Subtlety is the goal of all Merywen special edition. Merywen Rhubarb, Ginger and Hibiscus gin blends the tartness of the rhubarb with the bite of fresh ginger and the soaring floral notes of hibiscus which gives the gin its natural pink hue.
