The Hibernation name refers to this gin's resting period in an ancient White Port barrel (the only gin in the world aged in this kind of cask). The botanical blend includes a different foraged blend to Dyfi's other gins to marry with the individual barrel's character. The botanicals are influenced by the wild fruit harvest - wild crab apples, blackberries and bilberries. These are combined with carefully selected classic and other locally foraged botanicals.
