Dry, sparkling cider, with a clean taste and a whisper of honey. Balanced tannic blend with 50% sharp and sweet apples from the Dyfi Valley, and 50% bittersweet Wye Valley apples. Bottle fermented with Dyfi honey and wild yeast.
