This spice rub is an earthy all-rounder for meat and veggies made with in house smoked salt, Welsh Shiitake mushrooms and fermented black garlic. Sprinkle over roast potatoes or tray baked vegetables, use as a dry rub for your favourite Sunday lunch roasting joint or even add to a bread mix or a stew for a lovely earthy depth of flavour.
