Dukkah (doo-kah) or Dukka contains subtly spiced, roasted flavours. The delicious Egyptian blend contains sesame seeds, roasted hazelnuts, coriander seeds, cumin, sea salt, thyme, and black pepper.The spice mix appears on the streets of Egypt.
