Based on the Italian fennocchiona salamis, this mild salami's flavour comes from whole fennel seeds. A spice which is known to aid digestion, it is excellent to offset the richness of the salami. Delicious alongside other salamis on a charcuterie board, and very popular as a pizza topping, Trealy's fennel salami is one of their best sellers.
