Shane has been producing raw unpasteurised honey since the age of 12 and now runs 250 hives in mid-Wales. Nectar is collected from the lowlands of mid-Wales to the upland heather moors. Winner of best in show 2017, 2018 and 2019 at Royal Welsh Show and National Blue Ribbon Award.
