After soil testing, 4000 vines of Pinot Noir, Regent, Rondo, Seyval Blanc & Phoenix varieties were planted in 2009, with a further 800 Siegerrebe in 2010 and a further 2000 Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc on their 10th anniversary in 2019.
Vine varieties have been carefully selected to match the soil and micro-climate of the vineyard resulting in grapes of the highest possible quality. The grapes are closely monitored, and as they ripen are carefully hand harvested, selected and then immediately transported to the winery for pressing to retain all the freshness and fruity aromas intact.
