Blas ar Fwyd was also proud to be awarded a 2024 Great Taste Awards for its Carrot and Parsnip Soup. Soon to be released!
What the judges said:
"What a gorgeous colour – we liked the thick pour and mouth-feel, too. Parsnip flavours do come through along with a gentle taste of carrot. A natural-tasting product, it's as if this has come straight from the stove..."
"This is a lovely colour and you can properly taste the parsnip and carrot. It is smooth but retains some texture to give interest in the mouth-feel. It would be a great standby in the kitchen, particularly for a quick winter lunch.
It is well-made, attractive and tasty...honest and authentic and tastes exactly as you would hope."
