Welsh Wine Awards 2022 successes
The Welsh Wine Awards 2022 was recently held and with Wales now being home to around 30 vineyards, Welsh wine is flourishing.
With his expertise in Welsh wine, Deiniol was invited to be one of the three judges for the awards.
Our congratulations to all the winners and particularly to our wine colleagues at
Gwinllan Conwy - who won the award for the Best Sparkling White with their Pefriog Phoenix (2019)
and
White Castle Vineyard - who won the award for Best Welsh PDO/PGI wine for their Pinot Noir Precoce Reserve (2019) and Best Red for their Barrel 48 (2020)
